The FiorDiMaso concern was created out of a love for dairy products that has been passed down in the Ciomento family from generation to generation. The company’s headquarters are located at the foot of the Asiago plateau, a land that has always been dedicated to the selection and production of cheese.
In July 1887, construction began on the dairy company, which was opened in January 1888. For processing milk, machines of the latest invention were purchased, from which products such as butter, fat cheese, semi-fat products, low-fat cheeses (sweet and salty) and ricotta were obtained. Since then, our dairy company continues to process milk with love, receiving new products and improving the quality of results, including through constant updating of plants.
The unique, distinctive and inimitable taste of FiorDiMaso cheeses is the result of more than 138 years of production experience, careful selection of raw materials, constant investment in technology and innovation, as well as constant product research.
In 2012, after creating a new dairy company and meeting with Adriano Ciomento, the company became Latterie Venete 1887 Spa, but its values are always the same: the love of milk and the desire to create good cheeses that are produced in Italy and distributed around the world.Due to the quality of production, FiorDiMaso is one of the most respected companies on the international level.
