Ceko was founded in 1990 as a private company and has been expanding rapidly ever since. In 2012 the private equity Avallon MBO Fund has purchased 100% of shares in the company, alongside new management. Ceko is quite a small-scale production factory, and thanks to that we are able to control the quality of our products very thoroughly. At no point of production are we using preservatives or artificial additives. Ceko is a manufacturer of high-quality yellow cheese of Swiss, Dutch and, Italian types, ricotta and mozzarella cheese types as well as cheese smoked with natural wood smoke. As a company specializing in production of cheese from 25 years we develop our assortment and care that every of our product is taste. Ceko export our product to many countries in Europe and all over the World which states 40% of our production.
